Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address and a hashed password.
• Content: prompts, uploaded photos/videos, and generated videos.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and transaction records; we never see your card number.
• Usage data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and debugging.

How we use it

To run the service, generate your videos, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Higgsfield (AI generation): receives your prompts, uploads and outputs. Higgsfield may use this content to train and improve its models under its own terms.
• Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (storage, DNS, email).

Retention

Uploads are deleted within 7 days. Generated videos are kept for at least 90 days, or until you delete them or your account. Account and transaction records are kept as required for accounting.

Your rights

Email support@spincoolai.com to access, export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your content from our systems within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF cookie for security. No advertising cookies.
