SpinCoolAI ("we", "us") provides a web service that generates short videos using third-party AI models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Credits, payments and refunds
Generations are paid for with credits purchased through Stripe. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it. Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted and automatically refunded if the generation fails or is rejected by the safety system. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
3. What you may not create
You may not use the service to create content that: depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context (real or synthetic); is sexually explicit; depicts or targets a real person without their consent, including "deepfakes" and non-consensual intimate imagery; promotes violence, self-harm, hate or illegal activity; or infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or publicity rights. We use automated filters and may suspend accounts that attempt to bypass them.
4. Your uploads and your rights
You must own or have permission to use anything you upload. If you upload a photo or video of a person, you confirm you have their consent. You own the videos you generate and may use them commercially. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
5. AI disclosure and third-party processing
All videos are AI-generated and are not human-made. Generation is performed by Higgsfield's API; your prompts, uploads and outputs are transmitted to Higgsfield and are subject to Higgsfield's terms, which permit Higgsfield to use such content to improve its models. Do not upload anything you are not comfortable being processed this way. You are responsible for any disclosure of AI generation required where you publish the output.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue models, templates or features at any time. Generated videos are stored for at least 90 days; download anything you want to keep.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
